Due to the historic nature of the venue, we ask that our approved suppliers list is adhered to for caterers, florists, marquees and production. They are all wonderful companies who have been carefully selected by the Royal Hospital and work here regularly so know the venue very well. Please feel free to get in touch directly with any of our approved suppliers for initial quotes.

The catering companies can deliver all food and beverage requirements, as well as tableware, linen and furniture. We also have two entertainment companies on our list that come highly recommended, but you are welcome to arrange your own entertainment if you wish. For some fantastic photographers and entertainment that we have worked with in the past please look at our list of recommended suppliers at the bottom of this page.
