Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant who is passionate about hospitality and committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will work as part of a dedicated team providing outstanding service to residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include setting tables, serving hot and cold food and drinks, and supporting events in venues such as Wren House and the State Apartments. The role also involves cleaning tables, and floors, polishing crockery and glassware. You will take responsibility for health and safety and always deliver excellent customer care.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can work flexibly and independently, using initiative and demonstrating a natural flair for service. A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety is essential, along with the ability to use equipment correctly. Experience in hospitality and customer service is desirable. Applicants should hold a Basic Food Hygiene qualification and be willing to complete mandatory training, including COSHH and First Aid.
