The RHC Way

The RHC Way is at the heart of everything we do. Developed by colleagues from across the Hospital, it brings our values to life through the behaviours that shape our culture and strengthen our community. Guided by Compassionate Approach, Community Spirit, and Courageous Engagement, we foster an inclusive environment where people are treated with dignity and respect, work collaboratively, and are empowered to make a positive difference every day.

About the Role

Join our team on a 9-month maternity cover contract and play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.

As an autonomous practitioner, you will manage your own specialist caseload, providing expert assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs. You'll deliver outstanding patient-centred care while working in line with HCPC and CSP professional standards, as well as the Hospital's values and policies.

You'll bring strong clinical expertise and experience supporting individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, physical impairments and functional limitations, along with a commitment to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care. Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll have excellent communication, assessment and organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail in record keeping, and a genuine enthusiasm for building positive relationships with our residents. Experience working within an elderly care setting or a similar UK healthcare environment would be highly desirable.
