The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of horticulture and be able to organise and prioritise gardening tasks throughout the seasons. Your experience must include essential gardening skills to maintain the grounds to the highest standards. A strong plant knowledge would be desirable. The role includes the safe use of power tools including strimmer, hedge cutter, lawn mower and leaf blower so you must be skilled in using all relevant gardening equipment. The successful candidate will be required to work both independently & as part of a busy team maintaining the high horticultural standards & practices across the whole team’s operations. A horticultural or similar transferable qualification, or professional training while working on the job are essential. Full UK drivers licence is not essential but would be desirable.

The hours are an average of 41 per week which includes a paid lunchbreak. The annual salary is £23,007. This post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
