The Communications Team is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and creative communicator to join the growing Public Engagement Department during an exciting time at the Royal Hospital.
As an organisation we are working on some new large-scale projects and need a talented internal communications professional to help drive the organisation forward and achieve its internal communication goals.
Working with the team you will be responsible for increased engagement across all our internal communications and create relevant and inspiring content that is accessible to our staff. You will need to be creative with content and ideas, along with being able to manage the tech side of our intranet, and able to offer training and support to staff (some of whom are not office based) with digital initiatives.
You will be producing a wide range of content (video, case studies, articles, photos, posters, newsletters etc.), advising on best practise in internal communications, and forming relationships with key members of staff, including senior management. You will provide strategic internal communications advice to stakeholders and senior management along with evaluation and measurement of progress to ensure that progress is demonstrable.
Successful candidates will have experience of writing clear copy for different audiences, experience working across multiple communications projects and platforms and ability to present plans and offer guidance to senior staff.
